This is a HIGHCHAIR toy, therefore, it should stick/suction to a highchair table - IT DOES NOT!!!! It was the whole purpose of buying it! Waste of money!! Wish I had read the previous reviews against the item. Very disappointing for Lamaze who are normally excellent manufacturers of toys!

Bought one of these for our 6mth old twin granddaughters. It was an immediate success whether it is on the tray or not. They love spinning the stars and pulling on his antennae.



Having wet the suction pad - it sticks very well to one of the high chairs but needs a bit more pressure to stick on the second high chair - the tray seems to have more flex and therefore needs support from the top and bottom when initally sticking him down.



A brilliant toy which I would highly recommend.

Despite reading all the negative reviews about the fact that the bendy bug didn't stick to the high chair, since all the Lamaze products we have bought so far have been great, I decided to give it a try. When I first placed it on the tray of the high chair I made sure that both surfaces (base of the bug and plastic tray) were dry and then added a couple of drops of water, which I spread on the base of the bug. I then pressed the base on to the tray. This was three days ago and after lots of pulling and bending from my very active, very strong 9-month daughter, the bug is still in place. So the functionality side gets a tick from me.



On the entertainment side, she still needs to be entertained with other activities while she eats but she definitely likes it and plays with it. So overall, the bendy bug gets thumbs up from me!

I wish I had read reviews regarding suction before buying as I bought this to stick on tables when going out for meals but my 5 month old baby just pulls it off everytime and therefore it is not of much use to me. The colours are great and the idea is there but just needs better suction.

I bought this for my son (22 months) for Christmas and he adores it! The individual blocks sit on his window sill, they catch the morning light beautifully.



The blocks are well made perfectly smooth and each one makes a distinctive sound. My son has had hours of fun shaking and rattling, putting them in the box and taking them out again and is now exploring the effects of looking through them!



An lovely gift if you are looking for something different from the usual "plastic junk", well worth the money.

I bought this for my now 2 year old grandson's first birthday and he still plays with the blocks. I was surprised at how quickly he learnt how to get the blocks in and out of the holder. He uses them as music rattles while listening to his children's CD's. The workmanship of the blocks and holder is very high. A good toy to play with your child.

While the construction of this item is excellent, the design of the lid falls a little below expectation. There is no catch to keep the shapes from falling out.



Additionally the colour plastic seems to be less transparent/darker than the images imply (obviously photographed with a bright light behind it).



All in all it is still a nice object, I just hope my nephew likes it as a toy:)

Great little bath time toy but mummy may as well jump in the bath too as my daughter can not open the door as its too stiff and fiddly. we have played with it every bathtime as she just loved pouring the water in the top and using some bubbles from the bathwater to put inside and then push the spin button - however it has broken already after only 1 month because the door mechanism is so stiff to use. So great fun but needs adult assistance.

The main issue with the washer is the door, impossible for a child to open and not

easy even for an adult, which is a shame as it frustrates my son when he cannot open it and subsequently he moves on to play with something else. The blue button doesn't seem to do anything either ? Could have been a great bath toy but the door really is so ridiculous that I couldn't recommend anyone buying this.

I first saw this toy a year ago and was so excited by it, it looked educational and fun. Not to mention doesnt need batteries etc. So as soon as my lo turned 2 I brought it from Amazon.

How it works, first you open the door pop the clothes in,close the door, put some soap in the draw, pump some bubbles, turn the switch and press a button.

Okay so first thing I noticed was the washing machine is BRIGHT PINK, not only do I have a little boy who enjoys washing machines, I cannot stand gender stereotype toys(Pink irons, blue cars etc.) Then we get down to playtime and even opening the door catch is a struggle, plus the door is so stiff to open. Luckily my two year old can push and pull it but can't open or close it. Next we put in some bath water 'bubbles' and pumped it, totally pointless! Nothing happened with that bit at all. Onto the switch, ocasionally my son will ok with switches but still its a struggle, so most of the time i have to do that bit. Finally we pushed the button and i see the long awaited smile of surprise and delight from my little one as he watches the drum spin, to then realise it lasts just 7 seconds before stopping, meaning we have to start all over again. All my boy wants to see is the drum spin lol.

Overall Id say this is not a toy for 2 year olds at all. It is hard to use and is now broken. It kept my son amused a few times through hair washing though so not all bad.

Bought this for our 13 month old as she has discovered that pens make marks and decided this may be less messy.

She absolutely loves it. Not at all bothered about it only being one colour, better than the picture mats because she can draw as she wants.

I bought the Tomy aquadraw travel bag for my 18mth old for christmas and she really loves it! She only plays/scribbles on it for about 5 minutes or so at a time which is fine as that perfectly normal for a child of this age to change activities very often. It's very durable and as advertised no mess just nice clean play! Absolutely no regrets on buying this toy for my daughter and would certainly recommend it to anyone with a child of similar age!

I bought this item for my little girl's 2nd birthday. It comes with a little pen, ideal for small hands that is topped up with water, then used to draw onto the mat. There is no end to the hours of fun your little one can have playing with this toy as their imagination is the limit!

It can easily be converted from home use to travel safe in the knowledge that there will be no mess for Mum to clean up!

Also good value for money as can be reused again and again once the water and images have dried. Overall I think this was a good buy.

My son is only just 2 but jigsaws are "how his brain works" so he loves it. The pieces are strong enough to survive a child learning on them. The jigsaw shapes are perfect so that each animal is recognisable in each piece so he can, for example, look for missing legs. A fantastic first jigsaw to let them go-it-alone and explore. If your child likes it, try the Farm Puzzle and - if you can get hold of it as it's quite hard - Orchard Toy's "Find a Rhyme" as that fills hours and hours building it & there are endless things to talk about!

Ordered this item as a birthday present for friend's one year old. It arrived with no protective packaging so the box had got damaged. The address and postage labels were just stuck on the box because it hadn't been wrapped. My telephone number was also printed on the address label.



I've raised these issues with the seller and a week later I'm still waiting for a response. The item might be nice but I can't give it to my friend's friend because of the damage so don't know if Octopals is good or not. Won't be using this seller (Baby & Me) again though.

I managed to get hold of these really cheap on Amazon ;) for my youngest son as our other bath toys were getting a bit old and manky...like they get after a bit!



I was really, really pleased with these, my son loved playing with them, sticking them everywhere. We also have great fun with the rain jug! It's really nice and gives my son a lot of sensory play. I also use them to practice counting with my two elder boys. We also like to make funny faces to each other using the toys as ques which results in some good giggles!



We get cleaned in no time with no tears, they are keeping really well so far, not fading or holding any muck.



An excellent bath toy on the whole, I would definately recommend!
